Customer’s steering wheel re-trim

This option means you remove and send your wheel to us. We re-trim to your spec and send it back to you . This normally takes about 1  week and we keep you updated so you know when to expect delivery.

Exchange option

If you can’t  send / drop off your wheel, we offer Exchange Options for the same type wheel to make the transaction easier and faster.

EXCHANGE + Fitting – We re-trim the same type steering wheel to your specified order so you could come over for fitting ( it takes about 30 minutes to install). All the parts (Plastic Trims, Airbag, Buttons etc), would be transferred from your wheel onto the new one as we only provide core so they stay and work the same to make Exchange Option safe.

EXCHANGE via POST – We send you the new same type re-trimmed steering wheel first so you could swap the wheels over yourself/local garage and return your old,  same type steering wheel back to us with 14 days (recorded delivery required).  You still use your existing parts ( paddles, plastic  trims, multi-function buttons)  so they stay the same which makes the exchange option safe. Refundable deposit is required only as business protection and it will be fully refunded straight after receiving your same type steering wheel.
